Premier 1 Plumbing Inc. is a family-owned plumbing company based in Burbank, California. The company states it has been in business since 2018 and operates with a focus on honesty and transparency. It emphasizes that the same plumber who diagnoses the issue performs the repair, avoiding commissioned salespeople and upselling. The company highlights its commitment to showing customers camera footage of sewer or drain issues so they can make informed decisions. It notes that much of its work comes from referrals by past customers.
The company offers plumbing leak repair, drain cleaning, and sewer line services including video inspection, hydro jetting, trenchless repair, and pipe bursting. It handles water heater installation and repair, including tankless models, and addresses issues like no hot water or low pressure. Premier 1 Plumbing serves Burbank and all of Los Angeles County. It provides 24/7 emergency service, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Customers can call or schedule service at any hour to speak with a real person who dispatches the closest truck. The company assesses the issue, using a camera for drain or sewer lines, and provides a flat written price before any work begins. Approved work is completed during the same visit when parts allow, with floor protection and debris removal. After the repair, the company follows up and stands behind the work in writing, sending the same crew if needed. No financing, maintenance plans, or warranty details are mentioned in the text.
The company serves homeowners, as indicated by references to houses, hallways, kitchens, and laundry issues. Projects described include fixing slab leaks under hallways, replacing sewer lines in tight walkways, repairing burst supply lines, and cleaning clogged drain lines in storefronts and residential properties.
It highlights being family-owned since 2018, starting with one truck and a rule to tell homeowners the truth. The company emphasizes using camera inspections to show customers real-time footage of pipe conditions.
